Refund Policy

Returns and Exchanges - Effective May 1, 2023, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to read the size guide and product description to confirm the specifications of the item you are purchasing.

Printing Errors - A printing error is when the item is skewed during shipping or the embroidery is not of good quality. We will exchange it for another item of the same size, color or style. Please email Support@MayaMacleod.shop and provide the item model and a picture of the problem.
